Parties present in the previous snapshot and absent from this one — typically a delisting, occasionally a re-identification by the authority. A removal is not self-executing: confirm the delisting against the issuing authority before releasing anything, and keep the blocking record either way.
Reading this page
- The comparison is between two consecutive snapshot builds, not between two dates you chose. If a build was skipped, its changes fold into the next one.
- A party is matched by the authority's own entity id. An authority that reissues a party under a new id will show as one removal plus one addition.
- Changes within a record — a new alias, a corrected date of birth, an added address — are not listed here. Only parties entering or leaving the lists are.
- If an authority is missing from the snapshot entirely, its parties will appear as a mass removal. The banner at the top of the page says when that is the case, and it means the data is incomplete, not that thousands were delisted.
- None of this is a determination. Verify any specific party against the issuing authority — see about & methodology.
